Anautics, a small, woman-owned, HUBZone business providing high quality software solutions and technology services, has recently opened an office at Tinker Business & Industrial Park. “This addition is part of a strategic effort to expand and strengthen its relationship with research, business and Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC),” said Dr. Sandy Johnson, Anautics CEO.

Among the current projects underway by Anautics at TBIP are research and software development services to the Oklahoma Department of Commerce and the Oklahoma Aerospace Institute on a research effort involving Government, Business and Education organizations in Oklahoma who do business in aerospace industries.

The objectives of the effort are to apply resources to support training needs due to BRAC impacts or general industry slowdowns due to the present economy, identify crossover training in support of other industries to enhance worker agility, and create a continuing structure to identify present and future requirements for an aerospace workforce that supports both military and commercial aerospace, Dr. Johnson explained.

“Having strong 8(a) companies like Anautics alongside prime companies, university affiliated organizations and industry groups looking to partner is part of the strategy surrounding the careful, deliberate development of our cluster at TBIP,” Managing General Partner Warren Thomas commented.
